In the midst of the climate crisis, Esys strives to do its part in slowing down global warming and creating a sustainable world.
To protect nature, we have switched entirely to fossil-free electricity and implemented internal practices to reduce our environmental impact.
Additionally, we recycle 100% of the accumulated metal scrap and reuse packaging materials.
One of Esys’ principles is that we want to be a great workplace and attract great customers.
We aim to ensure that every employee has the best possible working conditions and that both our suppliers and customers adhere to the principles of responsible business practices.
We offer numerous internships and summer jobs for young people, and in addition, we support youth engagement in hobbies and physical activities.

For Esys, a strong economy means efficiency, competitiveness, and security, but also the ability to act for the benefit of people and nature.
In addition to ensuring that Esys’ operations are financially viable, we also want to ensure that our services are economically beneficial for our customers.
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has approved Esys Oy’s near-term science-based emissions reduction target. Our goal is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 42% by 2030, compared to 2023.
Through this initiative, companies can set ambitious emission reduction targets in line with the latest climate science.
SBTi aims to help companies halve their emissions by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions before 2050. The initiative is a collaboration between CDP, the UN Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI), and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). SBTi defines and promotes best practices for science-based emission reduction actions and independently assesses companies’ targets.
Esys is an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) approved electric cabinets manufacturer, in accordance with UL standards and specifically UL-508A.
UL standards hold the same role in North America as IEC standards do in Europe.
The Dun & Bradstreet credit rating system takes into account factors such as a company’s revenue, equity ratio, relative indebtedness, background and payment behavior.
A, AA, and AAA credit ratings all indicate a creditworthy company.
As a reliable partner, a comprehensive background check has been conducted on Esys, ensuring that our customers and suppliers can be confident that we are a trustworthy business partner.
Suomen Asiakastieto Oy has awarded Esys the Strongest in Finland Platinum certificate, which is a sign of the company’s positive financial indicators, creditworthiness, background information, and good payment behavior. In other words, Esys is on a solid foundation.
We switched entirely to fossil-free electricity. We chose Vattenfall because their goal is to become completely fossil-free by 2040.
We collaborate with Finlandia Hiihto and organize family sports days for our employees, led by Finski.
We are impressed that Pelicans is Finland’s first and only carbon-neutral ice hockey team, and we are proud to support them.
