Responsibility has recently become a central topic of discussion. A common misconception is that responsibility is limited to environmental protection and supporting local communities. However, the most important aspect of responsibility is to make business sustainable and profitable, which in turn allows the achievement of shared goals, such as protecting nature and enhancing people’s well-being.
In general, responsibility is divided into environmental, social, and economic responsibility. Esys actively works on each of these areas and strives for sustainable business practices with both customers and suppliers.
In the midst of the climate crisis, Esys strives to do its part in slowing down global warming and creating a sustainable world.

We offer numerous internships and summer jobs for young people, and in addition, we support youth engagement in hobbies and physical activities.
Taking care of the economy ensures Esys’ profitability.
For Esys, a strong economy means efficiency, competitiveness, and security, but also the ability to act for the benefit of people and nature.
In addition to ensuring that Esys’ operations are financially viable, we also want to ensure that our services are economically beneficial for our customers.
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has approved Esys Oy’s near-term science-based emissions reduction target. Our goal is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 42% by 2030, compared to 2023.
Through this initiative, companies can set ambitious emission reduction targets in line with the latest climate science.
SBTi aims to help companies halve their emissions by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions before 2050. The initiative is a collaboration between CDP, the UN Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI), and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). SBTi defines and promotes best practices for science-based emission reduction actions and independently assesses companies’ targets.
